No different to a tractor with or without suspension or soft ride on loader. Had both. If it takes longer than a minute something's wrong [emoji849]

Well it took me ages of fiddling to get it to lock back into place. I had a bucket on the front I dropped the Jack's as close to the floor as I could when it came to reversing out of the loader it wouldn't release so had to drop the tractors front axle suspension to get it to release and then when it came to re attaching it I drove hard into it but it wouldn't latch so had to re attach hydraulics and had to fiddle with hydraulics for ages till it latched back into place so if anyone can through the correct procedure I'd be grateful. Should say that salesman had the same problem when he demonstrated the loader to me so I need some pointers as to what I'm doing wrong.

To remove.
1. Drop loader to ground , bucket flat.
2. Get out and put stands down about 2 inches off ground, release catches, release hydraulics.
3. Back in cab and reverse tractor out of loader, it will drop into stands as you back out.

To fit.
1. Drive straight into loader and the beam slides up tractor brackets and when on catches will automatically lock.
2. Get out stow stands and connect hydraulics. Job done.

Keep tractor brackets well greased and rollers oiled. Never had a problem. A level concrete floor is the best to take off.
Is it a new loader? Could be the newness.

If new it will likely be the paint just making it stick a little. If it is just run the surfaces over with some emery paper. Keep well greased after. You will soon find or develop a technique and each one will have its little quirks to how easily it comes on or off.
If you can leave it so you can push it up against a solid wall or post that can help as it saves it scooting around the floor if it’s a tad snug.

Aha I definitely had the stands too close to the ground. Yes loader is new so will put more grease on too. Thanks that's helpful
If the catches don't lock, just drive slowly and turn steering a bit left/ right if loader is not perfectly square on to brackets and it should lock.

Grease is your friend.

Also the newer legs that fold down on me loaders do need setting for height the first time the loader is used and often forgotten by dealers as different implements are different bracket heights. Best kept to same implement really and buckets seam best.

It's an easy job to get a MX loader on or off in under a minute

It's quicker to take the loader off than take an implement off the back!

Apologies if off topic, How do others find the boom suspension on mx loaders?
Our loader has suspension but it doesn't seem to do much/ very little movement. Unlike the quickie loader we had in the past.
Dealer supplied a new accumulator under warranty because it was thought to be faulty but not much different/ very little movement...

Try putting loader bucket about 12 inches off ground and stand in it, bucket should drop 3-4 inches. Try it with tap on and off, should tell you if pressure vessel is ok . Seen this problem on quicke loaders. But not on MX. Most friends and people I know who have a loader are all getting MX now, because they are fed up with other makes.

Like others say set legs with gap .Use same implement each time . Bucket level if oil over oil push into float .Grease will help alot .I've started turning off suspension off taking off then when driving in and locked pressing on to lift so I can lift legs with out having to get back into can.
Just remember to turn off again when recoupling or will be to high!

I take mine off with no implement on stone not concrete floor , I need the implements for other loader and concrete floors are too precious to be parking machinery on at my place ! I put the headstock flat to the ground and being on stone it stops the loader sliding about which helps with engaging and dis-engaging the locks, never needed to grease the brackets in 10 years but do squirt oil into the locking mechanism from time to time

Cheers, yeah tried that and there doesn't seem much give if any in the lift rams. Only bounce is in the front tyres!

Is it the same with tap on or off ? . If it is then there is a problem with pressure vessel, can't see anything else it can be, or a blockage in pipework,

Just had a thought. Is the tap leaver moving the inside ball. Take off and have a look.

Cheers, yeah the tap works on the inside. There is a restrictor on the oil pipe going into the accumulator, going to try drilling it out bigger, See if that helps.
Not much else to try -it’s a brand new accumulator and the dealer says it’s plumbed into the right port in the quick coupler.
Thanks for your help.
