Looking at fitting one of these to a John Deere 6920 as we need an extra loader to back up our loadall, especially loading bales in the field. Would be fitted with a JCB headstock so we can swap attachements
Like the look of the EpilotS joystick

Anyone got one?

Cheers

Got a normal T412 not the + and it's a capable loader, will lift 4x600kgs fert bags, good visibility with the hydraulic self levelling. Paint finish on the subframe isn't great with it flaking off fairly quickly in places and the pivot points seem to use up the grease very quickly. Only got a cable joystick so can't help you with the new one i'm afraid. Effortless to take on and off as well.

I’d go flexpilot controls boy near us had a good few prooblems with an electric one a few years ago but will likely be onto a newer style now.

Good loaders but do flex more than a quickie/Trima and for some reason eat grease and dry out 5x faster which I can’t explain but they really do need greased more often

Flexpilot is nice to use but very little feel for precision stuff if you use pallet forks etc. Imho quicke is a better loader and tend to be stronger built than equivalent mx.

Had 3 mx loaders and really liked them but back to quickie again working off tractor mid mounts with a Taylor pin and cone headstock 👍.....the last mx was just starting to fall apart maybe just age/work but was a bit disappointed

Yeah Mx definitely need a lot of greasing, mine is 10 years old and has got through 2 sets of bushes and a set of pins.It gets greased at least monthly but obviously not often enough.

I should have added to my list as the worst is missing. The most awful loader and possibly machine that I have ever had the misfortune to buy was a John Deere H360. A horrendously designed brute of a thing. It was a great day that the insurance assessor wrote it off, it made way for the MX. It creaked and groaned from new, no matter how much grease I pumped into it, the dealer just told me to keep spraying it with WD40 as there was no cure.

WD 40 is the work of the devil. everything creaks, makes everything seize up.
