The sales department is continuing to operate using virtual meetings, mobile phones and email communication. Due to the current worldwide crisis, we want to highlight that suppliers are also working within severe restrictions and this in turn means that customers will likely experience a delay in the supply of certain products.

AGRONOMY
Our agronomy team are completing the last of this season's soil sampling, working in isolation and taking the necessary precautions to maintain social distancing and conform to stringent hygiene standards.
MACHINE CONTROL
Our technical team and field engineers continue to support our customers both by telephone and carrying out installations on-site. We are undertaking the following actions to allow the continuation of daily business while limiting the risks to staff and customers. Engineers on-site are following government recommendations and utilising additional PPE, support is being provided remotely where possible, measures are being taken to activate and train customers on remote support software where relevant.
OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATION
Our support staff have been working remotely including our entire software development team, so our headquarters are currently operating with a skeleton crew - all enquiries can be made by calling 01356 650459, or email: [email protected]
As the next few weeks pass, we will remain on standby to adapt accordingly to continue to meet our customers’ needs while protecting our staff, customers and community. Further updates will be posted as required.
