Got a new to us CX6090 last harvest . Had been a Deere user before then but really like the NH . Few questions to any seasoned users .

Mine is a lateral version with the chassis levelling . Can you calibrate or change the sensitivity? The Deere was silky smooth hardly feeling it work , the NH seems to hang over for a while then suddenly wakes up and throws itself level. It can make topping up trailers interesting.

Optifan, how is best way to calibrate it. In the field it feels to run higher where I think it's levelish. Going down a hill it seems to jump hugely up , I could understand from a set point of say 750 to low 800s but it seems to jump to almost 900 while going up the hill it might only drop back to say 700 . Last time I tried calibrating in the shed , so perfectly level but no front wheel sinking in soft ground plus with an empty tank , this was in the raised work position but I'm wondering if calibrating in lower road setting would keep the arse up and fool the sensor a bit and make fan feel a bit more consistent for the terrain.

Finally in flat crops with varifeed header , I seem to bulldoze but not with the knife board or having lifters dig in . It seems to catch the frame just below the knife then bulldoze and the anger then catches this loose crop and draws the roots in .

Any tips appreciated as otherwise I'm really happy with the change .
