Private deal, or through a dealer? I have just bought a 2012 8070 2K engine, 1.5K drum, for around £85000 from a dealer. I would like to think a 2009 at those hours would be low/mid £70000s.

A lot depends on service history too - whether it's seen a workshop recently or not. At 90k for 2000/2500hrs it's starting to creep up a bit. It's attractive being pre ad-blue though I would suggest.

Rodney Cowle had/have an 8070 with 1250/1500hrs on for about £90/95k that they've been sitting on for a few years. Whether it's still available and priced at that I've no idea but when I bought mine that seemed premium priced, but a well looked after machine. https://www.rodneycowlemachinery.co.uk/c1652.html

I bought my current one a few years older but with low hours on (similar to the above) specifically to try and avoid too much wear. There's probably 6-10k of work to do on most combines for sale I would guess, unless it had a good regular service history which has kept on top of most things i.e. annually dealer or APH serviced.

Good combines neighbour who does all of mine got his 3 seasons ago & its a 2008 model 24ft varifeed 900/540 tyres
it replaced a similar cx840 with 20ft on. which also was a good combine. Like all machines they need a good spanner man on them.
its pre adblu atleast & that 9litre Iveco cursor engine i think its called go's well
The 840 has the 7.5lt & had a lovely whistle at full chat... none of this on the 8070
