Hi, I have a loan of a New Holland 115 excavator, I have limited knowledge of excavators. There is a slight problem with it, it works fine with all controls except dropping the boom,it's very slow and makes a loud whistle sound when worked, lifting the boom works as normal,and help would be appreciated.
