Hello,
I've a TM150 range command (A6,B6,C6) that won't go into forward or reverse SOMETIMES. Sometimes it works just perfect.
What I fixed with calibration:
"When you start up all the red lights on the gear display are flashing and if you put into forward N flashes up on the display" - FIXED with calibration.
No error codes.

Main issue:
Sometimes tractor won't go reverse and forward in B gears, it goes forward on A or C. Earlier it happend very few times, after winter it started doing it way more times and I can't do work with it.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you for any suggestions.

Not the handiest of things to work at and make sure you line the new ones up correctly before tightening them, put a stubby screwdriver etc in the end of the new Potentiometers and turn them and you should feel them clicking into place.

I am having exactly the same problem but unfortunately replacing the potentiometers has not fixed the problem. Has anyone any other suggestions? TM120.

Try recalabration of the trasmission in full follow each step to the letter also check the forward reverse lever is working correctly, I mean electronic side.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a bent selector fork, which isn’t as big a deal as it sounds, because it is accessed through a side cover. Mine is almost exclusively a loader and buckraking tractor and as such it shuttles a LOT. At about 6000 hours the flywheel damper failed. At around 7000 hours the selector bent. It now has very nearly 10,000 hours up and is at the dealer due to extremely low power output plus a bad transmission oil leak, possibly from a potentiometer seal up behind the left hand fuel tank. I haven’t checked on progress this week but I expect that the injector pump has to go away to be rebuilt.

Hi Just brought a TM150 but has no reverse at all ...any ideas ..yes knew of it when I brought it
Which transmission? Range command or power command.
Are there any error codes showing?
The onboard diagnostics are pretty good once you understand them. These are known as the H modes, you can do switch tests and voltage tests through there and monitor shift rail positions on range command.

If your having trouble with the potentiometers it’s usually a sign the synchro is worn and moving too much and going out of range. I remember one that would not reverse without calibrating from time to time. That one needed synchros
