I've a 04 tm190 and brakes seem dodgy on it. When going on road and press hard on brakes they pull hard to right and when stopping normally they seem to either be very soft or lock up. Breaks wer looked at and discs changed 100 hours ago but dident help. Can be dangerous on a hill or road

Also when tractors hot and going into reverse the clutch doesent seem to bite until it's fully up and jumpy. Tractor was split and a few clutch packs and seals wer done not so long ago

Usually with them big tms you fix 1 issue and cause 3 more, shockingly sh#%e 😂 our old one ended up upside down in a ditch and getting wrote off, that solves all the issues in 1 hit 😂 ours was the same with setting off too, especially under load, used to judder for a while till it got going 😂 it seems a common issue and remember someone saying it was to do with one of the solenoids on top of gearbox, regarding brakes maybe master cylinders on way out?

Sounds like the brakes need bleeding.
Is it 50k with front brakes?

Have you calibrated the gearbox since it was rebuilt? If that doesn't do it then fill timings might want adjusting.

Yes 50k and front breaks

Yes have calibrated since rebuild

Do you know it's history? Master cylinders should have been changed to prevent air ingress. Oil pick up in a different place on the new ones.

Have you bled the trailer brake valve (3 bleed nipples) rear trumpets then the front axle?
Front bleed nipples must be closed whilst the brake pedal is depressed.
All the ones I've done you always get the most air out of the last front brake.

Definitely bleed it properly then as above. Have you checked the brake accumulator? It's not connected to the issue but it's worth checking so you don't split your master cylinder, expensive repair otherwise.

Was it better after calibrating? Is the clutch pedal only high in reverse? Was the reverse pack rebuilt?

Seems to be problem after problem with my tm190. Recently started making a clicking noise when accelerating under load. Seems strange to me when it not under load or idling there is to clicking noise
If someone has some information please let me know 🙏
