I'm looking for a new high speed midi low loader.
My preferred and second choice manufacturers can even be bothered to get back to me. Im guessing the first is too busy building trailers for farmers after getting bounce back loans but I can't even get a reply to know where i stand.

So looking on line and FB there are plenty of other manufacturers but how can I weed out the good from the bad? Who do you recommend I try that will produce a quality trailer.

I want a trailer that still looks good in 10yrs time not a rusted chassis and shabby looking.

I’ve got a herbst, 12 months old, with paint peeling off underneath, really disappointed with it, and waiting for the dealers to come back to me with what they’ll do about it!
I like the look of the M4 hydraulic beaver low loader, can’t comment on quality.
Seen a Bailey recently and it’s in a different league to herbst!

I use A triple axle one one quite regularly my friend made out of a artic trailer he moved the axles back abit But tows And stops great

Im after one for myself And used JPM herbst ect always look rough and rusty

I think the blue one may be my trailer although i bought it second hand. I think build quality is very good ramps are a bit heavy and my dads complaining so think i might have a re-design or fit some rams, the sliding ramps are handy as we use it alot for 3 ton digger and was a big factor in buying it.

@tepapa Gardiner Trailers up at Arbroath will build you exactly what you are after. Well built with proper commercial axles and a decent layer of paint!!! And the added bonus of being cheaper than some of the offerings from some of the Irish hero's.

I shall look them up. I don't mind spending for the right trailer but when you see what second hand ex hgv trailers for next to nothing, you do feel a little cheated.
