Would an aero mixer in a million gallon tower replace a big stirrer or is the stirrer still needed?

No and yes. Theres 500,000 gallon in the bottom of it just now.

The one on its own is the 1,500,000 gallon one, the three in the lower pic are 2 x 500,000 and one 1,000,000 gallon one, the shed with the split roof behind them is 78m long to give you an idea of scale,

The big one is 8.4m high, others are just over 7m

The 1,500,000 is done with an aero mixer, others including the 1,000,000 are done with side stirrers.

We empty a 1,250 0000 million gallon one & it is mixed with a jetter from a slurry pump & it does a good job
