On the ball these guys & gals at RPA.
Paid the invoice by BACS on wed afternoon. Printed the bank statement off on thursday morning & along with the invoice emailed it off
Email back this morning saying everything OK & claim had been sent to the payment dept.
Guess it may not be as quick around the closing date

IAE seem to have seriously lost the plot with this grant stuff. They have suddenly changed lead times for non standard items from November to January. Can't even tell me when my grant stuff is being made or delivered.

I bought 4x IAE rollover water troughs from my local agricultural supermarket and paid for them in mid march and finally last week they were delivered!!!!!!!

Can you confirm that you were paid 40% of their standard cost and not 40% of your invoice?
Bought a trailing shoe and the difference between their standard cost and the actual price is many thousand.
Just wanted to be sure before i submit the claim, as we have ordered a new tanker with the trailing shoe, but not likely to see that until the new year,
whereas the trailing shoe was in stock. Don't really want to pay the full standard cost if i can help it, but we can make the invoice suit if we need to.
Would like to hear from someone that had been approved/paid.

Lately given up on supermarket Mvf as never got what need in stock .Been using McVey and Parker at Willland usually cheaper as well.

I too have gone off MVF. Agricultural products at Liskeard very limited. Better choices available at Harper’s, Maunders and Griggs. I fear MVF are starting to lose it and forgetting where they came from. Also losing some good people i hear.

Getting dearer than competition as well.
Bought 5000l water storage tank. They were nearly 20% dearer.
Rang them and told them. Reply was well you’d better get it from them then.

Yep, They pay on standard cost. Only want the invoice & copy of your bank statement to prove the transaction took place.
Maybe best if the invoice is in the same ballpark to avoid it being put in the "further enquiries file"
- if you know what I mean
