I have 5 lambs with chronic maggot infestation - did treat 5 weeks ago with Crovec.......- one lamb, in addition to maggots, has scabby mouth and cannot drink or eat - should I bottle feed with warm salty water?

Welcome to the forum. From your questions I would assume that you are new to sheep ownership - is that fair? Let's start with finding your location so we can advise properly.
Chronic maggot infestation is a worry, especially in more than one. What age, breed and condition are the lambs? When did the maggots appear and what treatment have you given them so far?

lambs are about 4 months old. I am looking after them on behalf of owner. have the lambs in a shed laid with straw: hay and water and with a little barley. neighbour farmer also suggested given freshly pulled new grass (now lawn mown cuttings). have covered mouth and nostrils with udder cream to help alleviate pain and discomfort - just wondered if I should try to give lamb fluids so looked on internet - which suggested homemade rehydrated solution of warm salty water.???

lambs were treated with Crovec some weeks ago... maggoty lambs treatment: removed maggots as best as possible: washed skin with diluted jeyes fluid; sprayed with terymycin etc
