Would you like some to go with ?And your problem is?
Just engaged with an NFU bod on FB re this survey, needless to say he fits they typical NFU type, stating that I shouldn't "be piggybacking" of the NFU survey, I did point out that to piggyback, one would hope that a gain was to be had which in this case is obviously not the case.I have no idea what this thread is about, but the NFU do have to address the issue of how they encourage increasing their membership if they don't reach out and engage with non-members.
I often seek to see what they are doing on any given subject and it is often impossible to find out.
I have a problem in that the owners of Red Tractor are not canvassing all of the clients. As a member I have filled it in, I see the injustice of a trade association presiding over a protection racket. And your problem is?

At least they still have a member, hang on in there chap, it'll all be yours one day.The questions don’t really get to the nub of the issues either.

There you go, sorted, and it's just why nfu are not a national union of farmers and why they've crashed and burned and no longer represent farmers. I feel for hamster, but to change the rules would be the same meaning to the same end, it's why NFU are so diluted and fubarHey poor old Richard Hammond. The NFU has a membership offer to suit all. I would think the NFU Professional fits the bill nicely.

Good Luck with everything that the BFU actively take on!You're not a farmer, it's harsh but fair that you are not eligible for a farming union.
The AICC is the industry body to represent independent agronomists I always thought?your lucky they wont let me join, even though I have fought the corner for UK Ag for over 40 years, im only an Independent Agronomist !
Just because you're not eligible to join doesn't mean your input can't be of benefit on TFF for BFU. Majority of what's discussed is also on the open forum.... but it's less diluted on BFUGood Luck with everything that the BFU actively take on!
