Nissan navara n guard.

Are these decent pickups, seen one that looks smart and needing a change of farm car. It's a manual 19 regs.

My neighbour had a Nissan Navara and it broke in the middle at 9 years old.

I have a 17 plate Aventa, good truck but corrosion issues on bodywork rather than chassis. Probably because it is white and as such didn't get the lacquer coat that a N guard would get.
Very good on fuel, nice to drive, tows well. Yes I would have another.

After been plagued with dpf issues my 70 plate Tekna has just had a new engine in. Nice truck apart from that.

Loved my 18 plate till it got to 33000 then it turned into a money pit ,replaced both turbos ,egr problems and engine light on changed sensors the light would not stay off .traded it in for an Isuzu not so nice to drive but hopefully more reliable

Had 3 Navaras but only keep them for 3 years so couldn't say about long term. 16 plate Tekna manual was great, 19 plate N Guard auto was bloody awful, couldn't get on with the auto box at all, wanted rid at 1 year old but figures didn't stack up, was offered far more for it at 2 years old so it was bloody gone in a shot, 21 N Guard manual was great, would have happily had another but now not sold in the uk so V6 Ranger is here now.

Like mine, but I do run an old Freelander on red for short journeys, not much comes passed it on a motorway if you don’t want it to
