Nmea out off itc antenna

Hello!
I try to get a nmea signal from a JD ITC antenna but have trouble to get it to send it.
I have run ITC config on my laptop and they connect but when I press gga it doesn't except it and can't change to 5hz.

Are there anyone who has a idea where I done wrong.
My plan is to try and run agopengps.

Why ask open source people when JD is so easy to use and they have so perfect support (even if easy to use and reliable products should not need any support):

new gps system

Looking to replace our old Leica gps system. Who make the most popular systems and likely to have the best longevity in the market place. Dont want to be let down by buying into a system and then the company pulling out of the market.
