Apologies, I missed that as I scanned through.

I did notice the "changes to be made at a later date" but I missed that part saying the law is no longer changing on the 15th November.

What are people who need to tow for jobs but can't even take a test ment to do
But if you need to take a test to be able to tow to begin with how have they got the job? I think it has to go through house of lords to be approved and they have held it back as the govt didn't provide enough evidence every man and his dog were gonna be safe let loose with a trailer on.

well sounds like the lords need to get on with it! I was planning on taking a trailer test very soon, now i have no way of getting this BE license. Cant see anybody getting their license taken away for it though. I expect the police have been told to be lenient on it and just give a slap on the wrist and tell you not to do it again.

Maybe because they recently got the job as 15th November was going to be the day it changed now it's gone back to later in the year. On plus side there's not much of the year left si can't be that much longer to wait

Unfortunately not because if you aren't licensed for it then you don't have insurance, which opens up a whole can of worms...

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
