Do they know what there doing.I paid 3yrs subscription last year had a reminder last month for next year ,rang and said I had paid recieved confirmation of that and new card straight away.This morning another receipt and membership in the post no wonder they had to raise the cost with all the wasted stamps and letters

They are very poor to deal with, last renewal I have two weeks prior attended a NRSO course for 10pts but were slow processing it, had a very threatening letter saying I was revoked and if I did'nt do as I was asked I wouldnt be able to rejoin for a year.
This renewal (due Feb) they announce that I only have 8 pts, having attended NRSO courses, once a year for the last 3 years, so somewhere I've lost points or never was given them to start with. It is always an utter ball ache dealing with them. I chucked the problem at my agronomist he organized the courses and I would struggle to be pleasant to them on the phone.
Utter shambles just like Red Tractor.
