NRoSO points - missing in action.

Just checked my NRoSO points tally and it's missing 4 of the last 6 events attended.
- I called NRoSO, and their line is that I need to contact the people responsible for organising each event and get them to contact NRoSO to confirm attendance. I can't see that being a fruitful or quick exercise, or anything other than a wasted days worth of 'hold' music and resentment on both ends of the phone.
Do some companies and organisations just throw the sheets out after meetings?
What a crock...

Check with anyone else who was at the same events to see if they had got theirs Happens all the time but never their fault apparently

I had this with Hutch organised meetings, it was a right ball ache to sort out and NRSO were no bloody use at all, typical "computer says no" type situation, one woman on the phone was actually bloody rude. Fortunately I had a couple of certs but was missing a couple too but a lovely lady at Hutch sorted them out for me.
NRSO is becoming very much like Red Tractor in their attitude to farmers, ie it stinks

In the middle.
Part of there problem is they have moved from stoneleigh but the sheets you fill in still have the stoneleigh address on the bottom and if they are sent there they are not forwarded to them.
