Opico Air 16/Hatzenbichler grass seed problems

Been trying to sow grass seed areas with opico air 16 on a set of 12m rolls. Usually only used for slug pellets and avadex and has always been problem free. Grass seed though it is hugely under applying to what its calibrated for. Possibly bridging in the hopper? How do others get on with these on grass? How important is the hopper lid seal?

Seal pretty important. Is it ground driven or radar etc?
Radar driven with the electronic control box. Seemed to calibrate fine in the yard, have changed seed roller to the larger one and also took out tin plate in the hopper as it says in the book to remove it for light seeds. Agitator is working. The rubber seal on the lid is a bit damaged. Would this make any difference to cause grass seed bridging in the hopper?

Can’t see lid Damage making the seed bridge in hopper and I think it’s rare for grass to bridge especially with an agitator.
If calibrated in same conditions as planting then I expect it’s got more to do with Speed or width settings being wrong. Or too much seed and blocked the roller and pipe work?
