Hi 2 of my orby air feeders jam opening during milking.
I have to pop the blue pipe on the side to get going.

Its driving me mad, any ideas to stop it happening.

Thanks

Have you taken the front off the feeder and cleaned it out. Ours get chocked up over time and have to be cleaned out. Also make sure everything is tight in the control box on the side as occasionally we have had the nut on the top of the piston come undone.

Yes i have done.
My compressor has been working without a correct pressure overload and i wonder would air power get too low.
Fini dropped off one this morning enroute to a new sale.
Maybe that will sort it.

I rang orby direct. They sent me a pdf manual to assemble mine and get them going as i bought 2nd hand. I assume they would direct sell parts
They wouldn’t sell to me direct no matter how hard I tried. Have to go through my local parlour dealership. Can take weeks for them to order the parts.
