Osr winter protection

What does everyone else spray for osr winter protection? Ground is wet so don’t think I’ll get it on. Agronomist wants me to spray a fungicide, hallmark for winter stem weevil and 2 different lots of trace elements. Seems a bit much to me?

Serviced agronomist?

Tissues tests always show low boron so mine will get Proline for LLS and phoma (above threshold already) plus Astrokerb for weeds. No insecticide. It has had one already which is one too many IMO though flea beetle would have killed the crop if I hadn't.

You don’t need it. We always add a fungicide to our autumn spray others local to me never do. There is no difference in the yield. My independent agronomist would argue that a cheap fungicide is indicated by trial results and I wouldn’t be able to detect a small yield increase in a variable crop such as OSR. Pay your money and take your choice.

0.25l/ha Difenoconazole(250g/l) and 1.6l/ha Boron-ethanolamine(150g/l) recommended but not applied yet. Worst phoma I recall seeing.
