While any tom,dick,or harry from the street after doing a few hours of training can start jagging people. The first report of a vaccination on one of the news channels was of a vaccination administered in the arm with the needle pointing upwards.My wife winced;" this is what you do if you are drawing blood elsewhere,not vaccinating in the arm".

The other thing is the hourly rate is pretty miserly compared to the Circo 'no track and trace' bods or their consultants on up to £7000 a day. But I suppose they are in the NHS not Bozza's gravy train cabal.

Ah, those jobs are for people who will be doing more than just jabbing people- the specifications and values and X,Y and Z are all standard NHS sausage machine stuff I myself have done some of. Obviously I have no professional qualifications and don't need to demonstrate some of the other stuff: these are more senior posts however.

The bulk of this sort of thing is based on online learning and not that onerous.

You don't seem to be reading my posts or something. As I have just said- asking for 3 years of references is standard CYA NHS sausage machinery in action. It's standard stuff for the NHS for a part time cleaner or a person intending to take up the role of medical director. You won't get away from it: bear in mind there are legions of non-clinical administrators and the like who spend all day collecting, auditing and filling their day with doing their job/empire maintenance.

Venepuncture is relatively simple and my friend completed the training herself not long ago as part of her role. If some moron can't get that right then welcome to human nature and medical cock ups unfortuantely.

I did say doctors, but even so £12 an hour and you still have to be registered HCP, they are having a laugh.

Well according to.world stats they have 360,000 deaths from.covid, Washington post says they lost 407,000 in ww2 and 58,000 in Vietnam.
Still a lot of people, but when you consider their ethnic make up and poor diet it's not surprising.

They probably won't get anyone for that. All the nurses I work with are on far more than that. £12 is borderline healthcare assistant money which is something a total moron like me can do.

Not been following this thread the last few days so no idea what the above comment is in relation to but as far as im aware anyone with clearance in the NHS can get your medical details up on screen within seconds.
