Permission to detect land around South shields

Hello
My name is warrick rochester, and am a keen metal Detectorist looking for any land to gain permission to detect, within my local area, as of the 2 February 2021, detecting is now an allowable exercise. I have a NCMD card providing liability insurance.
I will follow all guidelines setout by the government, I could goto the beach but tend to find to many people on the beach,so would appreciate a bit of land to detect on my own, I have a permission but it is 20mins away and under current law am not able to travel that distance.
I tidy any items that may cause harm to machinery while I'm detecting and always show finds for the day to landowner. I will follow any rules you may have. All holes are returned neatly.

Thanks
Warrick
