the old oil filter a=had to be remover, and a remote oil filter was fitted, and a blanking plate over the hyd pump hole was done, front engine mounting was made and the water hoses was to reroute but was not a bad job all in all

filled with water and oil, and away we went, it was so good and went really well,
i was pleased with what i had done, and was happy with it, i ran it for a few matches to find any oil/ water leaks, it was ok,
as time went on, i did a rad flush, and filled with water anti freeze mix, changed to oil again and off i went,

i was away for the weekend ploughing at Roscal on the sat, and Rotherham on the sun,,
when i got to the plot on sunday, i could see white sh1t on the engine, the fecking anti freeze had found a hole somewhere
so when i got home it was to bits again, turned out to be cracked in the bottom of the block between the liners,

so had to source a new block, and yes you guessed it, I had to do it all again, the full job, all the engine kit to swap, the back plate to fit, the sides of the engine to cut away, the bloody lot,

but it is all ok now, and running fine, so jobs a good n,
Excellent bit of engineering there, very impressive

I'm going to try and play guess the location here,
1) North Yorkshire, maybe Dishforth ? or Tadcaster ?

2) Surroundings look like Shrewood but soil doesn't maybe Barugh ?

3) Anglesey ?

Good effort
1) North Yorkshire but 25 mile adrift. If the camera had been panned to the right you would see the magnificent Castle Howard about 400 metres away
2) Only just over the hedge there Roy. 438 from Sherwood, 413 from Barugh. Lossiemouth actually :D:D
3) The easy one. Spot on. (y)

Think first two were at national in Kent on practice day 2015?

You are even further afield than me Dave, and I was quite a few miles adrift

Anyone got pics of David brown cm2 plough? Looking to cut frame on my cm3 to make cm2 lookalike.

Not mine but seeing as you asked.
C type semi mounted 6 furrow made by David Croft of Yeadon. A joiner by trade, he made wooden mock ups of the main components before fabricating the real thing. He also had a C type match plough on TCN's and used to pull both with an immaculate 990 which was brush painted - a fact that I would defy most people to tell.
