Make sure it is set more than 25m back from the highway and use a current road access and you should be pretty safe to crack on and stay under the radar for a nice and simple on-farm set up.
Start pushing the boundaries and you really need professional advice and full planning.

Or put it in a container or low loader with wheels and you can do more than you would have been able in a brick building

how many litres do you shift @jimmer im not in a bad spot for it but always felt its not worth the hassle

Avg 40 to 50 a day, more in the summer/school holidays
