Having a quick Google and keeps mentioning hairless stem etc.

This is hairy and hairy under the leaves. Will be around 60cm tall.

I don't think it is sorrel either, my first thought was to consider if it was sorrel but I've seen it about in some unexpected places and I've never seen sorrel with leaves like that before.

Another look and I wonder if this isn't a kind of brassica looking at the stem.

Aren't sorrel leaves smooth? It looks like a hawkbit, but it's too tall. [Edit] The stem's too red, too.
