Plenty of Metacam?
Draxin has quite a narrower spectrum, but over the 2 Antibiotics, you have probably done it all.

I would be getting the vet to test what type of pneumonia it is, could be a few things....I wouldn’t hold much hope for it though if you’ve given it draxxin and resflor and it’s not feeding

what type of calf/breed? could be white muscle disease

am I right in thinking that even if it does live, it will never do well, as the lungs will be damaged.
