Power washer sand blaster

Hi, I have been told about a sand blasting lance that will go on a power washer. Can these do a good job? Talking shed steels that need a good tidy. Thanks

I got one. Was not very impressed by it. Two hoses to keep in the right place. Got to try and keep blasting grit dry which isn't easy.

Have since bought a proper blaster but not used it yet.

That is a different animal, but looks to make a filthy job into a very tolerable one.
I think they market that one as dustless blaster. Basically looks like a sand blaster with added water to catch the dust.
Its probably not what the op asked for. The add on kits that try and suck sand into the water stream of a pressure would be pretty poor in comparison
