Problem with RDS Drill controller

I’m having a fault/error that keeps coming up on our Mzuri drill.
It’s running the RDS Isocan Artemis and it keeps coming up with B1 Bridge Module is offline with stops the drill meter motor etc from turning.
Been told it’s low voltage but have change the tractor batteries and change the plug on the power cable and checked every connection but still it’s doing it. Anyone else had this problem or know of someone who can help on a weekend

Is it doing it all the time or after a while if you charge the battery over night etc. Is the drill tractor combination new.

We had this years ago and it was due to low voltage from the alternator enough to keep the tractor functions etc running but not enough by 3pm to keep the gps system and drill control like yourself we were running at the time going. so tractor had a rest and then off we went again obvious after the event but we swooped batteries looms all sorts and in the end a new better quality alternator solved it.

After we fitted new batteries it was ok for about 20mins then started again till it gets impossible to drill.
I had over 13volts when tractor was running before so thought alternator would be ok

We got going again, missed a lot of drilling time going through and testing everything. We found a loose wire on a control board but hopes were dashed when it didn’t turn out to be the fix. All came down to the 1 wire in a multi core cable that had rubbed on the frame and was earthing out.
