Catching up with Willy 63 years young baling with the farms own @JohnDeere 6830 on the @NewHollandAG DD1010 Silage. The straw is used on the home farm, Purcell Farms for the dairy herd with the farm growing what they need. ​

McConaghy Contracts late summer silage​

Working on the outskirts of Castlerock McConaghy Contracts silage late in the summer time as the shorter days draw in. Chopping power is provided by the @claas_global 970 Jaguar with the @NewHollandAG T7s providing the horses carting back to the silage pit with 4 buckrakes on the go. Yes, one Herron Trailer which is Freemers carting alongside the men. On the rake, we have the T7.210 on the Claas Liner and yes the big wheels never got a chance to be taken off due to such a chaotic season weather-wise.
