Quality or Price?

With prices of wrap, netwrap and twine set to increase again and quite a big jump I'm being told, what does everyone base their purchases on? Is it the quality or is price the most important factor?

Read this the other day so made some inquiries.one said it will go up a few quid but hadn't released this years price list.the other said ordered all their stuff an its much the same as last year.
Ended up with a pallet an a half of silotite for £53

my first pallet of green silawrap is £55 plus vat. up £4 from last year and alsway silawrap unless it cant be got anywhere. many others around here go on price but what is £1-2 per roll saving.
