From memory man cages aren't accepted by Europe and therefore can't be CE marked anyway. It's just the UK that have an exemption.

Is it a man cage or is it a transport box.
If it's a man cage I hate to say it but you'll have to modify it to make the gate swing inwards if you want it to meet legislation.
