My usual farm can't take him this year. I just don't have enough land to keep him away from his girls...
A super chilled Charolais. Hides behind the ewes 😄. He's footvaxed, clicked, and will be dectomaxed. I'll obviously pay his keep.
Anyone fancy keeping him until Nov 5th? Alternatively I could rent a small field..
Hoping for something local

A ‘super chilled Charollais’? I don’t believe there is such a thing, unless he’s been fed like a poodle.🤣

Can you not make a paddock to contain him, where he can still see other sheep, but where he won’t present a disease risk to either your sheep or others?

Jeez....interesting bit of kit!! Bit frustrating for the old boy!
They don't seem to bother. I've used them for teasers last couple of years and they stay active for the full fortnight, and are happy enough to go back to the ewes to chase up for the second cycle 🤷‍♂️ Biggest surprise to me is that they never seem to get pee stained from wearing them 😟

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
