Sitting in a bar in Harrogate (first time we've been away since God knows when) waiting to judge sheep at the Yorkshire Show tomorrow. Actually, for the first time in my life, retirement doesn't seem like such a bad proposition

Ah, but just imagine if you’d been instrumental n establishing the Shexel breed, with show classes that none of the other shedding types do? You’d be on a (very) shortlist of judges, administered by yourself, so you’d have loads of opportunities for a p*ss up judging session…
