Raw milk (guernsey/brown swiss or jersey) UK only

We tested our cows a few years back, five were A1:A2, three were A2:A2. We had a few customers who said they particularly needed A2 milk so we milked those cows first and bottled it off before doing the others. It was a ball ache and we really should have charged a substantial premium for it but we didn't. One of those customers still comes for milk but she doesn't worry about A2 anymore. I think there was some research done comparing A1 to A2 but it was in pasteurised milk, I later read somewhere that there was little difference between the two in raw milk. I've never bothered testing cows again.
When we first tested, we had a couple who'd been coming for about 40 litres a week announce that they'd both recently found out they were intolerant to A1 milk so would need A2 only going forward. I smelt bull so just wrote A2 on the bottles for them and they said it was much better.

Hi,

I am new to this forum, i want to know if anyone is selling raw a2 milk (jersey/guernsey/brown swiss breed) in the UK

Thank you :)
There are, just make sure that the farm has tested the cows to know that they are A2, not just saying it's A2 because they have Guernsey's etc. Or just writing it on the bottle........
Also make sure it's a registered raw milk producer. I was really pee'd off last week because I found out that some one not too far away was selling raw milk by the back door, so to speak.

You can get it from Neale Sadler at Bridge Farm in Shropshire. I’m pretty sure he was able to post it. I’m not sure if it is raw or pasteurised.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
