I have gone outside many many times trying to see them, tonight is the first time ever for me.
More noticeable than anything was they were brightest if you looked South.

Fabulous sight in Shropshire too . I have looked several times before to try and see the Northern Lights here,but never as successfully as last night!

Sometimes you can't see them with naked eye but camera picks them up, last night tho clear to see but more colourful thro lens
