You get time to rectify any non compliance and if you have stickers you will be fine. I guess if you applied a banned chem to your crop they might ban you straight away but nobody would record such a thing.I have a red tractor inspection tomorrow, I have several loads of oats due to leave tomorrow and Friday. If I get a non conformance tomorrow, does anyone know how it would it affect my assurance status and the oats due to leave Friday? TIA
Did think about this, but it's one of those things you just want to be over and done with.Tell them you've got covid
I'd guess you're not farm assured then?Move the grain before the stickers run out.
No, Print stickered passports direct from red tractor and they will have a long expiry date on them.Move the grain before the stickers run out.
But if the mill was run your number through the system and it flags that you are on suspension and rejects, you will be paying haulage both ways. No, Print stickered passports direct from red tractor and they will have a long expiry date on them.
They get dozens of passports every day and what are the chances of getting one invalid?.. so they wont be checking them... they didnt on the 18 I sent last spring. But if the mill was run your number through the system and it flags that you are on suspension and rejects, you will be paying haulage both ways.
I think the flagging up of assurance status often happens when you sell grain to the merchant. Not when it’s physically moved. They get dozens of passports every day and what are the chances of getting one invalid?.. so they wont be checking them... they didnt on the 18 I sent last spring.

All good thanks. Yes it was GB. They are a dream compared to others. How did it go?
Who does the inspection? The dour GB?
I used to get him onto a red herring about his former days as a farm manager, so his time was shorter and he wouldn't have enough time to look too deeply! He did fail me on a tiny gap under one roller shutter door the first time he came, probably to prove a point that Ted Dredge wasn't thorough enough. All good thanks. Yes it was GB. Is that Ted Dredge as in Edwin Dredge from Wiltshire, bit of a stutter?I used to get him onto a red herring about his former days as a farm manager, so his time was shorter and he wouldn't have enough time to look too deeply! Good result for you and another ball ache done for the next 12 months
Could well be. He used to (and may still do) demo Case combines and mow for Jeff Comer. I don't know if he is a RT inspector anymore. Is that Ted Dredge as in Edwin Dredge from Wiltshire, bit of a stutter?
