As part of a cohesive team and reporting at a senior level; the home based role carries accountability for the further development of profitable sales, via the merchant trade, and the support of existing National Accounts.

Experience of developing sales of high value solutions utilising either a nutritional or agronomic technical/commercial knowledge transfer approach will be essential. On farm credibility and the passion to increase market presence is considered more important than experience of merchant management.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
