Is it working again? Website has been down more times than up today - imagine what a message it would give the government if all those that wanted to were able to sign it!

it's still online one minute and off the next...

and they still haven't disabled the auto signature count, all my Tech guys tell me that doing that one thing would solve most of their traffic problems

Would have thought bombers bookie would have been on by now calling the odds for the final figure for this website at the time we leave under no deal on the 29th.

There's odds of 7/2 that we will leave, and 2/7 that we won't. That suggests that the money isn't as certain it's happening as you appear to be. So if you _know_, then stick your money where you mouth is and make a killing? Or concede that it's not yet all done and dusted for 29th March.

I respect that opinion, but very few would - the polls are suggesting the opposite, and with far higher degree of certainty than the pre-referendum knife edge they had.

One moment you want the democratic referendum to count for nothing because it's advisory .. the next you want a "Poll" to be counted as a democratic instrument.

Not credible and quite honestly childish behaviour.

Remainers had their chance to vote Liberal Democrat and the complete oppposite happened.

Welcome to the world you helped create.

We are leaving whether you like it or not.

No, you misunderstand me. I don't want the polls to be a democratic instrument at all, and I respect the democratic process. I do want a solution to be found that the majority of the country can get behind though, and quite clearly there is not one out there at the moment. As written before, Government has a duty to the country, then the voters and then the house and their parties. For now, they seem to have got that the wrong way around. It is my conviction that the first two are mutually compatible on Brexit matters, but I would be happy to be proven wrong.

Very few people I know who voted leave have changed their minds, the same cannot be said for ones like me that voted remain. At a guess 80 % of them will vote leave if we are forced to have another vote, they believe in democracy more than the eu being the reason

Fair enough, but that doesn’t reflect the rest of the country.
