Row cleaners on 750A

Apparently from my email just the other day from Aus they are slightly different now. They have slightly modified the ones for the 750's and have a little high tensile cable to lift them. There is also a couple of lifting bars that would be expensive to import but can be fabricated over here that must be welded onto the drill and then when the coulters are lifted these lift the cables to each Aricks wheel to lift them out of work.
Not sure why they have done this compared to the one @Clive already has.

there is a cable with the one I have - no bar though so I never fitted it, cant really see what it does

We also tried to clear a path in front of the leg, but they are to flexible and wont work directly in front of the leg all the time...

This is true. But if you are using the one you bought and making a direct copy and then selling them (whether it be you or your man making them), i'm pretty sure that's a breach of copyright. Just saying.....

i couldn't / wouldn't directly copy it - I think there are a few areas that can be improved really, the BP one is a cast unit which I think is unnecessary and probably explains a lot of the cost

unless there is an international patent on it I don't think you can really protect these things, there are several manufactures of row cleaners for JD coulters

We have fitted single trash wheels to the new Boss drill. Have had some requests for 750A's in France but have not checked fit up yet. Happy to supply components if people want to try.
