Roxan Tags

Anybody use Roxan tags and find their delivery a bit slow? Every year when we’re ordering management tags for lambs at lambing time they’re taking 2-3 weeks to arrive, I ordered some 11 days ago and just when I called yesterday they told me they were getting posted. Don’t want to have to pester them but feels like you have to to get anywhere.

Never had a problem with them. Use their tags all the time. I do have a good rapport with the rep though. She’s good at getting things sorted.

I find most of the time their delivery is fairly quick though on one occasion my email for new tags got lost so they did need reminding. Suggest you give them a ring to remind them of your order.

Yes & yes. Had to have a rev up last order too.

It does, but doesn’t help when the tags seem to arrive the day after you’ve asked where they are

We're waiting for some now ordered online and it says "processing the order". Missed one market waiting and the price has dropped a bit now. Maybe just a blip

Yes. I have had to ring up and see what the hold up was in the past. I was just thinking today that I need to order some tags ready for some ewe lambs when i get them in next week but I left it too late as they always take two weeks.
