I have the feeling that this will stalemate for a considerable time and the only way out is from within Mother Russia and the people there doing the lack of confidence in Putin thing and moving him on
the reporter from moscow this morning was very guarded in what she said but did say that putin has the confidence of 70% of russians so don't hold your breath about him being deposed. i think it will come down to the generals.

Reported this morning that his approval rate had gone up 10%, no accounting for some people when asked by someone holding a gun.

Here’s a summary of 5 options
  • Short War
  • Long war
  • Escalating into rest of Europe into a all out war
  • Diplomatic negotiated settlement
  • Putin ousted

6. nuclear armagedon ?

out of all the options I suspect number 1 - short war, Putin takes the country but doesn't go any further into Europe ........... if he does Im afraid we are looking at option 6

Perhaps you could tell him that he seems to think he's gone

I don't need to tell him, I'm sure he knows

I have no idea or way to contact him outside of TFF anyway, if you do tell him to check his internet is working as he most certainly hasn't been deleted

That was covered in point 3 if a European war broke out
All in the article
My guess is a West & East Ukraine 🇺🇦, separated by the Dneiper river ….negotiated in a diplomatic outcome
