I've only just seen this very sad news,
Like most on here I've never met GTB in person however I remember he messaged me out of the blue with some advice regarding an issue I was having...very good advice I took and have since passed on several times.
We messaged a few times since and I can only say he was a thoroughly decent bloke, I had a lot of respect for him, my thoughts are with his family.
R.I.P Dai.

We (TFF) now have names of 240-odd members whose forum names we will add to the Letter of Condolence from TFF which we will send on Friday. This list includes everyone who has either posted or 'liked' a condolence message on the thread, plus those who have 'liked' Clive's wording of the letter on page 8.
If you would like to add your name to this list, just 'like' that post, or this one, and all the names from either or both will be added to the list.

Never forget overhearing some farmers talking about me . "Never be the man his father was"
We all try our best that's all you can do
I dont know you or your dad but I'd say you've done quite well for yourself from what I read on here and you seem to be a very fair, honest and sensible man too. I wouldn't pay any attention to any of those pricks :)

Agreed. People who pass judgements like that are ignorant to the fact that not everyone's the same as such and such... And why should we be? We are our own people, unique :) that's a beautiful thing
