Hello.

Is anyone have workshop manual or at least wiring diagrams for Sanderson 625?

Thank you

No but a 625 is a speedshift model isnt it? (powershift) If so and you have issue with transmission ecu then its almost certainly scrap now, they are long obsolete, i do have a faulty ECU on the shelf suspected mirco procesor failed so i was told after the 3rd repair attempt. at the time i had a new one on the shelf i bought for the bargin price of £80 so relutantly sold the customer that one.

The speedshifts were a horrible unreliable transmission often ripping the shafts out of the clutch drums and should be avoided at all cost now as the transmission was obsolete the minute sanderson stopped making them machines. spicer turner didnt sell the box to anyone else and was shelved perminantly.

not a 625 but similar i think. very poor copy i know but all i got. I can still supply the transmision froward/reverse solenoid valves which i thought were obsolete till last year i found a supply of them, they suit lots of models not just the speedshift. See the 3rd pic these are the solenoids and is key to figuring out transmission faults on the speedshift.

I know this controllers. I have repaired them before. Unfortunately the way ware design makes CPU ease to get burn. Because the firmware is read protected is no ease way to fix them. At least not cheap.

Safe load indicator, best thing to do with that is scrap it and start again. can supply system to fit but will need to make a box like this to mount it. Wasting time and money triing to fix the old system, cant get the parts and need special kit to calibrate it once on the machine. This kit bolts on just needs box mounting in the cab and an earth and 12volt power feed. easy press buttons on screen to calibrate and common so system be good for year to come and fairly cheap IMO.
