Scouring lambs

Lambed a batch 2 weeks ago and still inside. Lambs are flying but noticed couple scouring yellow. They arnt ill just loose. They are picking at nuts (18 %) with their mothers at the trough now. Something and nothing or the start of summat more sinister?

Is there any smell? If they're normal milk + early nibblings smelling, then it should be they're adapting their digestion and all's well.

Check temperatures, maybe? Coccidiosis isn't impossible indoors, and they can go down rapidly if you're unlucky.
