Sealant for silage clamp

What is best to use as sealant where concrete panels meet the floor of a silage clamp?

Safo regulations require a perimeter drain, so no need to seal. E A have condemned several pits locally that aren't upto safo standards.
I do understand their are circumstances where a seal is still preferable. Just didn't want you to have to spend twice if you don't have too.

I have bosch panels and they supplied sikaflex mastic with it. Can't remember what type but I can have a look later on if you like.
