Off hand I think the advisory level for treating Fusarium is 10% and Septoria 15%, I could be wrong though. I'm pretty sure there's an AHDB article on the levels somewhere.

Impossible to say without knowing soil disease levels and previous cropping.

Nrxt silly question, just to put my mind at rest.
There was a bit of mayweed, (only a bit in patches which I didn’t cut). Would you be worried about seeds in the wheat if you were to drill straight off of the heap ?
