Selling stuff. Relevant to every business that buys or sells or does both.

It is very much worthwhile to listen to Jordan Peterson talking about business, entrepreneuring, sales and selling stuff. If you don't find this interesting and somehow relevant, then you really shouldn't be in business producing and selling stuff. It is especially relevant to those of us that have had or still do have a sales job. Most of us sell something to somebody, but this video is especially relevant for people thinking of a sales job in any sphere of industry, business or commerce. Take special note of what Jordan thinks of the job of a salesman.

Enjoy

If you don't believe in what you sell you will never sell anything
My mate laughed when I said I was selling grass seeds . "You will never sell grass seeds every Top Dick is selling them" . Glad he said, it gave me even more drive
I believe in what I sell both Germinal and Hurrells seeds in my area both well accepted by customers old and new.
I also believe passionately about the DD in a livestock system with crop rotations.
A simple economical and successful system.

Either really , slag is paid for dumping shite , it's not the same now
Slag is not the same as it was ten years ago . Lot finer now . Market is massive I ain't the only one selling it . I shifted 200 ton last week . If you want to talk shite carry on . How can burnt lime be shite . I could take you to a dozen farms around here been using it for years and think its wonderful stuff
Its not the same as 40 years ago no but that other stuff would be £100 ton now if you could get it. This is a fraction of that price so at a Ton half to the acre does the same job and you dont need lime , had to lime with the old stuff
Grass seed around 100 acres a week but only been at with the new company a few weeks so early days
