Set up rotational grazing for sheep on 20 acres

I'm looking to buy a place with about 20 acres in the future so only asking out of interest at present but what paddock size and stock numbers are suggested for a rotational grazing system of this size? And how is (a Scottish) winter factored in? Or any resources for working on a smaller scale. Everything I've read seems to be large numbers of acres.

I’d work out 2%of Bodyweight DM/day/ewe and set allocation based on that. Then you factor in grass growth - there are websites like grasscheck or ‘forage for knowledge’ for that. You can’t graze to full potential and still have sufficient fodder for the winter - you’d have to shut some paddocks up to cut. Either that or have a sacrificial paddock or house ewes but that’s an expensive way to do it.
