If I have an agreement starting in July, what date do you have to confirm the location of rotational options like SAM2 winter cover crop?
For example, in CS you have until September to confirm AB6 overwintered stubble.

I think the RPA assume you establish your SFI options where you stated in your application the first year. You fill out a declaration in Q3 and if there’s any changes, they amend your forth payment.
